Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking reference via email. If you wish to track your order please visit the Evri website: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel for more information. We will not accept liability for missing orders if the tracking shows that the delivery has been delivered to the address provided by you at the checkout.

Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with your delivery, please message our team who will be happy to look into this for you. More information can be found on our exchanges and returns policy.

Missed Deliveries:

Local Delivery – If your parcel is unable to be delivered, we will attempt to leave your delivery with a neighbor or in a suitable safe place. We will leave a note with information as to where your parcel has been left. If we deem there is no safe location to leave your package, we will contact you to rearrange a suitable delivery that may incur an additional delivery charge.

UK Shipping – If your parcel is unable to be delivered, Evri have a policy of 3 delivery attempts that are included in the initial shipping fee. If you know you are likely to be out, you can divert a package to a neighbor or safe space. If this policy changes, the items are sent back to us or there are any additional charges for the items to be reshipped, it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional charges and the items will only be reshipped once payment has been received.

Really great having a local, reliable company for sweets. Discovered them in lockdown (oops!) I have been using Hey Sweetheart pretty much since they started up and cannot recommend them enough. Their range is great and ever growing and their customer service is second to none. They reply promptly and deliver with a smile. And their own fudge is one of the greatest things I have ever tasted.

I ordered some sweet cones for my sons 5th birthday. Ordering was very easy via the website, and I had them delivered by the company as I live locally. On receiving the sweet cones, which did look brilliant, I wasn't overly happy with the colour scheme that had been used. I contacted Hey Sweetheart that evening with my concerns and they were amazing! They understood where I was coming from and agreed to change the cones and bring me some new ones the very next day. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and my son and his friends loved the sweets 😊 will definitely use again.

I would like to say I was let down from someone else at around 3pm Saturday for some sweet cones for my sons 7th birthday party and under pressure to save the day they managed to work a little later and took my order home so I could pick up later that evening I will try my best to get to make your business grow and will be 1000000% be using this service again #saved the day
