Delivery

With speedy and low cost delivery options you are only a few clicks away from tucking into all your favourite sweets and treats.

Delivery days and business days are Monday – Friday and we are closed on weekends and for national holidays. Orders can take 1 business day to process.

We have two delivery methods as outlined below:

Local delivery 

Our local delivery team covers the following postcodes:

HD1, HD2, HD3, HD4, HD5, HD6, HD7, HD8, HD9

At the checkout, a local delivery option will be available for eligible postcodes.

All local deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £2 per order. If delivery is required to multiple addresses these must be placed as separate orders and a delivery charge will be applied to each order.

Once your order has been received, we will deliver your products within 3 business days. If you are pre-ordering for a later date (e.g. for gifts or party cones) please note this in the additional information box and we will aim to deliver up to and as close to this date as possible or on the date provided.

If a local delivery is requested for the same or next day, this cannot be guaranteed and will be delivered up to 3 business days from the time of order.

FREE delivery is offered on orders £50 and over.

UK Shipping

We use a courier service to ship to all areas of mainland UK via Evri. This will update at the checkout once the postcode has been entered.

Standard shipping is at a flat rate of £3.99 and can 2-4 business days to be delivered.

Express shipping is at a flat rate of £4.99 and can take up to 2 business days to be delivered.

Free shipping is offered on orders £50 and over.

Delays

Please note these are estimated delivery time frames and cannot be guaranteed. We will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by our courier service.

If we are experiencing delays in processing orders due to busy periods this will be clearly noted on our website.

Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery, please message our team who will be happy to look into this for you. More information can be found on our exchanges and returns policy.

Tracking

Local Delivery – Please allow 2 business days for your order to be delivered. After this, if you still haven’t received your order than please message our team who will look into this for you.

UK Shipping – Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking reference via email. If you wish to track your order please visit the Evri website: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel for more information.

We will not accept liability for missing orders if the tracking shows that the delivery has been delivered to the address provided by you at the checkout.

Missed deliveries

Local Delivery – If your parcel is unable to be delivered, we will attempt to leave your delivery with a neighbor or in a suitable safe place. We will leave a note with information as to where your parcel has been left. If we deem there is no safe location to leave your package, we will contact you to rearrange a suitable delivery that may incur an additional delivery charge.

UK Shipping – If your parcel is unable to be delivered, Evri have a policy of 3 delivery attempts that are included in the initial shipping fee. If you know you are likely to be out, you can divert a package to a neighbor or safe space. If this policy changes, the items are sent back to us or there are any additional charges for the items to be reshipped, it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional charges and the items will only be reshipped once payment has been received.

Out of stock products

In the unlikely event you select a product that has gone out of stock before we have updated this on our website we will follow the process below:

  1. We will contact you via the email provided with an ‘out of stock product alternative’ offer for a suitable product of equal or higher value. If this is accepted, your order will be processed and dispatched next business day from receipt of your reply. If not accepted, a refund will be offered for the out of stock product, but the rest of your order (where applicable) will be shipped next business day from receipt of your reply.
  2. If we do not hear a response to the ‘out of stock product alternative’ email from you within 2 days, we will swap this product for a suitable alternative item of equal or higher value and your order will be dispatched next business day.

In this instance, there may be delays to the dispatch/delivery timeframe, in which no refund for products or shipping fees will be offered. We are also unable to offer a full refund for an entire order if only part of the order is out of stock and will therefore be processed as above.
