We use a courier service to ship to all areas of mainland UK via Evri.
Delays: Please note these are estimated delivery time frames and cannot be guaranteed. We will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by our courier service. If we are experiencing delays in processing orders due to busy periods this will be clearly noted on our website.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking reference via email. If you wish to track your order please visit the Evri website: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel for more information. We will not accept liability for missing orders if the tracking shows that the delivery has been delivered to the address provided by you at the checkout.

Missed Deliveries:
Local Delivery – If your parcel is unable to be delivered, we will attempt to leave your delivery with a neighbor or in a suitable safe place. We will leave a note with information as to where your parcel has been left. If we deem there is no safe location to leave your package, we will contact you to rearrange a suitable delivery that may incur an additional delivery charge.
UK Shipping – If your parcel is unable to be delivered, Evri have a policy of 3 delivery attempts that are included in the initial shipping fee. If you know you are likely to be out, you can divert a package to a neighbor or safe space. If this policy changes, the items are sent back to us or there are any additional charges for the items to be reshipped, it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional charges and the items will only be reshipped once payment has been received.
